These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the RentHelper iOS application (“the App”), operated by Hongming Zuo (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

RentHelper is designed to help users organize rental property information, generate reports, and manage related records.

You may use the App only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

No Professional Advice

RentHelper is provided for informational and organizational purposes only.

The App does not provide:

  • legal advice
  • tax advice
  • accounting advice
  • financial advice
  • investment advice

Users should consult qualified professionals for professional guidance related to rental, legal, tax, or financial matters.

AI-Generated Content

The App may generate AI-based summaries or insights using on-device AI technologies.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content before relying on it.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

  • maintaining backups of important information
  • verifying report accuracy
  • complying with local laws and regulations
  • protecting exported files and shared documents

Subscriptions

RentHelper may offer optional monthly or yearly premium subscriptions.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions can be managed and canceled through your Apple App Store account settings.

Advertisements

The free version of the App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising providers.

We are not responsible for third-party advertisement content or external websites.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in RentHelper, including its design, branding, software, and content, remain the property of Hongming Zuo unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentHelper and Hongming Zuo shall not be liable for:

  • data loss
  • financial loss
  • rental disputes
  • tax issues
  • business interruption
  • inaccurate reports
  • AI-generated errors
  • indirect or consequential damages

Use of the App is at your own risk.

Changes to the App

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time without notice.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically.

Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
